Shipping policy

Online orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once an order has been placed. Stickers, gift cards, or letter sized purchases do not regularly receive a tracking number. 

Items eligible for exchange or return must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, in the original packaging, unworn or unused. 

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange your purchase please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order. Email shop@jackalopebrew.com to inquire about an exchange. If possible we will accommodate the exchange and email a return shipping label. Once we receive the original package we will ship the new item. 

Refunds:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us at shop@jackalopebrew.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to Jackalope Brewing Co, 429B Houston St. Nashville, TN 37203. Once we have received the item(s) we will issue a refund of the item total to the original form of payment. The original shipping & handling on the order will not be refunded. 

Refunds may take 7-10 days to appear on your credit card or in your bank account. 

Incorrect, damaged or defective items:

If your order was incorrect or any items are damaged or defective, please contact us at shop@jackalopebrew.com within one week of receiving your purchase. We will provide a prepaid return label at no charge and ask that the product be mailed back within 14 days of receiving the product. Once we receive the incorrect order, damaged, or defective item, we will process a full refund, correct the order, or exchange the product. 

Exceptions and non-returnable items:

The following items are not acceptable for returns or exchanges: personal items (such as beer soap), perishable goods (such as Soberdough, coffee, or beer), and gift cards. 

Any item marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
